Born in Riverside, California, and now primarily residing in Boise; Idaho, Delveion Jackson's life experiences span diverse locations, including Tokyo, New York, Davis, California, and Manila, Philippines. While Basketball was his passion for as long as he can remember, Delveion also found solace in the rhythms and narratives of hip-hop, with his earliest memories of rap forming in the walls of his childhood home. At just 3 years old, he and his older brother would experiment with their music on a tape recorder, capturing the essence of their creativity and setting the stage for a lifelong passion. During his sophomore year of high school, Oliver partnered with fellow musician Delveion, delving into collaborative projects that expanded both of their understanding of music creation. Oliver’s dedication to his craft led him to pursue formal education in music at Utah Valley University, where he studied commercial music and honed his skills to expand his artistic vision.

Also known by his stage name, Veroli, Oliver has released music on a variety of Digital streaming platforms, with three solo projects already in circulation with one song earning a spot on a Spotify select playlist. Oliver continues to explore new creative avenues, working diligently on additional projects that reflect his growth as an artist and innovator. Oliver has joined Persevere Innovation LLC to utilize his production capabilities and vocal coaching skills, to help empower aspiring artists, musicians, and other creatives in his community.
